Return Policy
1. Non-personalized products
In accordance with O.G. 34/2014, non-personalized products (without engraving) may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt, by post or courier, with no penalties and without the need to provide a reason.
If you wish to return a non-personalized product purchased from storie-damore.com, please send a request by email to support@storie-damore.com.

You will receive a confirmation email with the exact return address.
Products must be returned via a courier service directly to our address.
We do not accept returns sent to postal offices or courier collection points.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Products must be returned within 14 days from the date of the return notification.
Refunds will be issued via bank transfer to a Romanian bank account, within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
Please note: The customer is responsible for both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.
2. Personalized products
According to the law, personalized products (engraved or custom-made items) are not eligible for return.
However, at Storie d’Amore, we want you to be happy with your order.
If there is any issue or if the product does not meet your expectations, please contact us at support@storie-damore.com — we handle each case personally and do our best to find a solution.
Returns of personalized products are only accepted if we have delivered an incorrect product that does not match the description on the site.
If the product does not meet your aesthetic expectations, we are happy to assist you in creating a new product that better matches your vision.
