Most of our jewelry is handcrafted from recycled premium sterling silver sourced from the UK and Spain.

You can choose your piece without plating, or with a finish of German rhodium or Italian 14k gold. For extra durability, we also offer a double-layer thick plating option.

All materials are hypoallergenic, safe for sensitive skin, and free from irritation.

All keychains are made of 316L medical-grade stainless steel.

Since all our jewelry is created from scratch in our own workshop, we can produce no more than 10 pieces per day.

Average production time: 3 business days. Delivery times depend on the destination country:

Germany & Austria: 2–3 business days

Netherlands, Belgium, France: 3–5 business days

United States: 7–10 business days

Other EU countries: 3–5 business days on average

We create unique 3D relief engraving, with no equivalent in Europe. You receive a piece of jewelry with a realistic engraving based on your photo.

This technology has been developed and tested by us for over a year before being launched on the market, which is why we confidently guarantee the realism of every engraving.

If you feel that the engraving does not resemble your photo, we will remake the jewelry free of charge.

You can also request photos or videos of the finished piece before shipping by leaving a note in your order comments.

2. Nous créerons votre bijou et vous enverrons une photo de la pièce finie via WhatsApp ou email avant l'expédition.

3. Une fois que vous aurez approuvé la pièce finale, nous l'emballerons soigneusement et l'expédierons.

Si vous n'êtes pas satisfait — nous la referons gratuitement pour vous.

4. Livraison rapide et sécurisée — votre commande sera soigneusement emballée et expédiée. Vous recevrez un numéro de suivi par email dès qu'elle sera envoyée.

Plus la qualité de la photo est bonne, plus la gravure sera réaliste et détaillée.

Nous avons seulement deux exigences simples :

1️⃣ Photo de bonne qualité, si possible.

Tout le monde n’a pas une photo parfaite — et c’est normal ! Nous pouvons aussi travailler avec des images de moindre qualité, mais nous recommandons de télécharger la photo la plus nette que vous avez pour garantir un résultat vraiment beau et expressif.

2️⃣ Bonne lumière.

Les photos trop sombres ou où le visage est difficile à voir ne conviennent pas pour la gravure. Idéalement, les traits doivent être clairement visibles.

📩 Dans tous les cas, après votre commande, nous vous contacterons via WhatsApp pour vous informer si la photo est adaptée ou si nous avons besoin d’une autre.

Notre objectif est de faire en sorte que votre bijou soit parfait !

Vous pouvez télécharger jusqu'à 5 photos — nous choisirons soigneusement celle qui convient le mieux pour la gravure.

Si aucune des photos n'est adaptée, nous vous contacterons via WhatsApp et demanderons des images supplémentaires.

Dans toute notre expérience, nous n'avons eu qu'un seul cas où nous avons dû refuser une commande en raison d'une photo totalement inappropriée. Dans tous les autres cas, nous avons pu créer une gravure parfaite.

Et ne vous inquiétez pas — si les photos ne sont pas assez bonnes, nous ne fabriquerons tout simplement pas le bijou. Notre objectif est que vous soyez complètement satisfait !
