Return Policy
According to EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU), personalized products (such as jewelry created from your photos or with custom engraving) are generally not eligible for return.

Voluntary 14-day return guarantee — no questions asked, even for personalized jewelry.

Realism Guarantee — if the 3D relief of your photo doesn’t look realistic enough, we will remake it free of charge.

Preview on request — before shipping, we can send you a photo or video of your finished piece so that you are 100% sure of the quality.

How to Return a Product
If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order by sending an email to support@storie-damore.com.
Your email should include:

The items you wish to return

Your IBAN (only if a bank transfer refund is required)

Products must be returned via courier service directly to our address.

Returns sent to postal offices or courier collection points will not be accepted.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories.
Deadlines

Products must be shipped back within 14 days from the date of your return notification.

Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the returned item.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase (e.g. credit card, PayPal).
If the order was paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be issued via bank transfer (please include your IBAN in the return email).
Shipping costs (both original and return) are non-refundable.
