📸 You can upload up to 5 photos. The better the photo quality, the more detailed the engraving will be. If a photo isn’t suitable for engraving, we’ll contact you via WhatsApp to request another one.

We don’t recommend engraving more than 3 persons on one pendant - the details may get lost. Ideally, it’s best to have no more than 2 people per pendant.

Most of our jewelry is handcrafted from recycled premium sterling silver sourced from the UK and Spain.

You can choose your piece without plating, or with a finish of German rhodium or Italian 14k gold. For extra durability, we also offer a double-layer thick plating option.

All materials are hypoallergenic, safe for sensitive skin, and free from irritation.

Since all our jewelry is created from scratch in our own workshop, we can produce no more than 10 pieces per day.

Average production time: 3 business days. Delivery times depend on the destination country:

Germany & Austria: 2–3 business days

Netherlands, Belgium, France: 3–5 business days

United States: 7–10 business days

Other EU countries: 3–5 business days on average

We create unique 3D relief engraving, with no equivalent in Europe. You receive a piece of jewelry with a realistic engraving based on your photo.

This technology has been developed and tested by us for over a year before being launched on the market, which is why we confidently guarantee the realism of every engraving.

If you feel that the engraving does not resemble your photo, we will remake the jewelry free of charge.

You can also request photos or videos of the finished piece before shipping by leaving a note in your order comments.

FAQ:

1. Place your order — upload a photo of your pet (you can upload up to 5 photos to choose from).

2. We will create your jewelry and send you a photo of the finished piece via WhatsApp or email before shipping.

3. Once you approve the final piece, we will carefully package and ship it.

If you’re not happy with it — we will remake it for you free of charge.

4. Fast & secure delivery — your order will be carefully packaged and shipped. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as it is sent.

The better the quality of the photo, the more realistic and detailed the engraving will be.

We only have two simple requirements:

1️⃣ Good quality photo, if possible.

Not everyone has a perfect photo — and that’s okay! We can work with lower-quality images too, but we recommend uploading the clearest photo you have to ensure a truly beautiful and expressive result.

2️⃣ Good lighting.

Photos that are too dark or where the face is hard to see are not suitable for engraving. Ideally, the features should be clearly visible.

📩 In any case, after you place your order, we will contact you via WhatsApp to let you know if the photo is suitable or if we need a different one.

Our goal is to make sure your jewelry turns out perfect!

You can upload up to 5 photos — we will carefully choose the one that works best for the engraving.

If none of the photos are suitable, we will contact you via WhatsApp and ask for additional images.

In all our experience, we’ve had only one case where we had to refuse an order due to an entirely unsuitable photo. In every other case, we were able to create a perfect engraving.

And don’t worry - if the photos are not good enough, we simply won’t make the jewelry. Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied!
