1. Place your order — upload a photo of your pet (you can upload up to 5 photos to choose from).
2. We will create your jewelry and send you a photo of the finished piece via WhatsApp or email before shipping.
3. Once you approve the final piece, we will carefully package and ship it.
If you’re not happy with it - we will remake it for you free of charge.
4. Fast & secure delivery - your order will be carefully packaged and shipped. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as it is sent.
The better the quality of the photo, the more realistic and detailed the engraving will be.
We only have two simple requirements:
1️⃣ Good quality photo, if possible.
Not everyone has a perfect photo — and that’s okay! We can work with lower-quality images too, but we recommend uploading the clearest photo you have to ensure a truly beautiful and expressive result.
2️⃣ Good lighting.
Photos that are too dark or where the face is hard to see are not suitable for engraving. Ideally, the features should be clearly visible.
📩 In any case, after you place your order, we will contact you via WhatsApp to let you know if the photo is suitable or if we need a different one.
