We are Denis and Juliana, and we personally create your products in our family workshop in Bucharest. We value long-term relationships with each of our customers.
We personally control quality at all stages of production, which, to be honest, number more than 10!
Yes, our products are not so easy to make 😊
We use premium recycled 925 silver from the UK, white rhodium from Germany, and 18k gold plating from Italy.

FAQ:
The better the quality of the photo, the more realistic and detailed the engraving will be.
We only have two simple requirements:
1️⃣ Good quality photo, if possible.
Not everyone has a perfect photo — and that’s okay! We can work with lower-quality images too, but we recommend uploading the clearest photo you have to ensure a truly beautiful and expressive result.
2️⃣ Good lighting.
Photos that are too dark or where the face is hard to see are not suitable for engraving. Ideally, the features should be clearly visible.
📩 In any case, after you place your order, we will contact you via WhatsApp to let you know if the photo is suitable or if we need a different one.
Our goal is to make sure your jewelry turns out perfect!
1. Place your order — upload a photo of your pet (you can upload up to 5 photos to choose from).
2. We will create your jewelry and send you a photo of the finished piece via WhatsApp or email before shipping.
3. Once you approve the final piece, we will carefully package and ship it.
If you’re not happy with it — we will remake it for you free of charge.
4. Fast & secure delivery — your order will be carefully packaged and shipped. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as it is sent.
You can upload up to 5 photos — we will carefully choose the one that works best for the engraving.
If none of the photos are suitable, we will contact you via WhatsApp and ask for additional images.
In all our experience, we’ve had only one case where we had to refuse an order due to an entirely unsuitable photo. In every other case, we were able to create a perfect engraving.
And don’t worry — if the photos are not good enough, we simply won’t make the jewelry. Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied!
You can simply write in the order comments that you would like to receive a photo or video of the finished product before shipping.
If you’re not satisfied, we will remake it for free.
One important thing to know: the better the quality of the photo, the more realistic and detailed the engraving will be.

Since personalized jewelry is made to order, the processing and creation time is up to 3 days.

Our workshop is located in the capital of Romania, and we run a small family business. We don’t resell items from China — we handcraft each piece from scratch in our own production. That’s why every piece of jewelry goes through a thorough quality check before shipping.
Also, before we send your order, we take photos and videos of the finished piece and share them with you — so you can feel calm and confident that you'll receive exactly what you expect.
And every item comes with a 2-year warranty. If anything happens, we’ll remake it for free.
